If your provider does not have the Frontpage Server Extensions installed, you can still publish your web using an FTP program such as WS-FTP Light. Simply follow these basic steps:

• Publish your web to a folder on your hard drive. You might want to call it Published Web, so you can find it easily later.
• Open your FTP program and connect to your provider. You will need your password and username as well as their ftp address, they can provide you with that information.
• If using WS-FTP, browse to your folder called Published Web. Then just upload all the contents of that folder, including the sub-folders.

Your web site should work now, but some features will not work, such a forms and guestbooks etc.  Navigation bars should work fine.
