A common mistake people often make is to load an image directly into Frontpage using the Add Image icon or menu option. This is not a good idea because Frontpage does not optimize your image for maximum compression while maintaining excellent quality. Consequently, you might find that your page size increases and takes too long to load. The best method is to use a paint program such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop to edit your images and then import them into your web using the import command under the File menu.
