Adding your own text is a matter of deleting our text and typing in your own.  Please be careful that you don't delete any table cells or similar as this could throw off the alignment of your page.  If this happens, try CTRL-Z immediately to undo the last opperation.  If that doesn't work, then use the blankpage.htm to make a new page and carefully copy your text over, then delete the old, messed up page and rename the new one.
